Privacy Policy

The short version

We're a family-owned HVAC contractor in Trevose, PA. We don't sell your info, we don't track you around the web, and we don't share your details with marketers. If you fill out our contact form or call us, we'll use what you tell us to get back to you and do the work. That's it.

What we collect

Two ways your information reaches us:

• You contact us directly. If you fill out our contact form, we receive whatever you type in — usually your name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of what you need help with.
• You visit the site. Our website itself doesn't set any tracking cookies or use analytics. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log basic technical information like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running — this is standard for any website.

What we do with it

We use the information you give us to:

• Contact you back about the service you asked about
• Show up at the right address to do the work
• Send you the quote, invoice, or follow-up you'd expect

We do not:

• Sell your information to anyone — ever
• Add you to marketing email lists
• Share your details with other contractors, insurance companies, or third-party marketers
• Use your information for anything you didn't ask us to

Cookies & tracking

This website does not set any tracking cookies or use analytics services like Google Analytics. There are no advertising pixels, no marketing trackers, and no cross-site tracking. If your browser stores anything from this site, it's operational data from our hosting provider (see below) — not tracking.

Third-party services we use

Running the site involves a few outside services. Each has its own privacy policy — quick summary of what they do for us:

• Google Business Profile — reviews shown on our Testimonials page are collected via Google, subject to their terms. Clicking through to leave a review takes you to Google's site.

How long we keep your info

Contact form submissions land in our email inbox and stay there like any customer correspondence — typically kept as long as you're an active customer or until you ask us to delete it. We're not running a database that stores you permanently.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information from our records

Children's privacy

This site isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy — say we add a new tool or a new service — we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Nothing dramatic gets changed without an update.
