Side-discharge inverter heat pumps — for tight spaces.
Not every home has room for a big, boxy condenser. Side-discharge inverter units blow air out the side instead of the top, so they tuck in close to the house — along a narrow side yard, next to a patio, or beside a garden bed — where a standard unit simply won't fit.
They're also quieter and more efficient. Inverter technology ramps the compressor up and down instead of slamming on and off, so the system holds a steadier temperature, runs softer, and uses less energy. We install them with the latest R-32 refrigerant.
Ask about a side-discharge system- Fits narrow side yards & tight lot lines
- Quieter operation — great near windows & patios
- Inverter efficiency lowers running costs
- Steady, even comfort — no hot/cold swings
- Modern R-32 refrigerant
Restaurants, offices, and small commercial spaces.
Commercial HVAC has its own quirks — different equipment, tighter timelines, and customers and staff who need to stay comfortable while the work happens. We've been doing it for years.
If you run a small business and need a contractor who's responsive and reasonable, give us a call.

Things customers ask us most.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Heating and AC failures don't keep business hours. Call (215) 303-6289 any hour — Dave answers the phone, not a call center.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Trevose, PA and serve Bucks County and the greater Philadelphia area, including Bensalem, Feasterville, Langhorne, Levittown, Newtown, and Yardley.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Diamond Dave's Mechanical Service LLC is fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial HVAC work in Pennsylvania.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free with no obligation. Tell us what you need and we'll give you an honest price and a realistic timeline.
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
We recommend an annual tune-up — heat in the fall, AC in the spring. Routine maintenance catches small issues before they become emergency repairs and extends the life of the equipment.
Do you work on commercial HVAC systems?
Yes. We handle rooftop units, package systems, light commercial split systems, and restaurant make-up air and exhaust. After-hours service is available so we don't disrupt your business.
Do you install heat pumps?
Yes. Air-source heat pumps work well in our climate, and we install and service them for year-round heating and cooling in one system.
